The young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful in helping us with a car rental issue. Front desk overall was very friendly. Other staff neutral. We also ere able to visit with alumni of the UCG that we were visiting.

Classic hotel in outside of the city center. The hotel is clean but it's a bit outdated, specially the toilets. The breakfast is correct, nothing special, but correct. Very convenient parking for free outside the hotel. Very unconfortable door in the corridors specially when you carry your luggage.

I couldn’t ask for anyone better than Amanda to have checked me in.She was beyond helpful,cheerful and very considerate.The hotel is lovely,close to hospitals but has no pool if you need one.It was crazy busy but there wasn’t a sound at night.I would stay again for sure.

Hotel is conveniently located with easy bus transportation to explore city . Has ample parking lots . Room is comfortable with good spread breakfast . Services at breakfast and counter staffs are very good and helpful .
